    I want to start off by saying we were very pleased with the room when we arrived. It was spacious and the accommodations were great. About three days after our visit, I noticed I overdrafted in my account. The hotel took out my fees and then an additional charge of $250 for smoking! I am allergic to smoke and have never been a smoker! The situation was handled in the most unprofessional manner. It took 3 weeks to even get the manager to get on the phone with me. She refused to give me any kind of refund.

    DO NOT STAY HERE if you don't want to be falsely charged for things you didn't do! I'm appalled by this situation because we choose to stay at Hilton hotels and go out of our way to find them. This one situation has changed that.
